Headquartered in the serene yet strategic hub of Kifisia, Greece, our firm was founded by a team of experienced investors and operators—Minas Terlidis, Natalia Banu, and Eleni Tsintzifa—who bring decades of combined expertise across diverse asset classes and markets.

LEADERSHIP
MINAS TERLIDIS
Founding Partner – Hospitality & Strategy
Minas brings over 20 years of experience in investment and operations, with a deep understanding of European and Mediterranean markets. Minas brings on board over 20 years of international experience in the delivery of real assets investments, including the UK, UAE, Vietnam, Belgium, Greece.
In 2016 Minas ventured into hospitality; leased buildings in central Athens, invested and developed them into boutique hotels and created a hotel operations company to manage the hotels, resulting in market outperformance and received numerous awards such as www.18miconstr.com and www.asomaton.com. Prior to that Minas collaborated with PERE funds such as BlackRock, Macquarie Global Property Advisors, Europa Capital, delivering real estate developments and investments.
Minas started his career working for the Dubai Palm Island and other infrastructure projects in the Middle East, and thereafter undertook a project financing advisory role in London. Minas received a BSc in Civil Engineering from Hogeschool van Utrecht, followed by an MBA from Solvay Business School (University of Brussels), with participation at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration in the US. Minas also attended Executive education at Harvard University.
NATALIA BANU
Founding Partner – Creative Director
Natalia brings over 15 years in high end luxury markets, where she has created several products and companies, including shoes, clothes, jewelry, etc. and she has also invested, designed high end residential units.

Moreover, she has an accounting degree, followed by courses in Arsutoria, Milan, London College of Fashion and Central Saint Martins, in London. She leads our branding, design, and creative functions of EUHA.
ELENI TSITZIFA
Founding Partner – Finance & Operations Director
Eleni has a deep understanding of high end luxury products, finance and hotel operations. She is responsible for investment analysis, the preparation of business plans, financial and operational control.
